Yes, you will need to provide your own cleaning supplies for general cleaning. This is for hygiene reasons. Our cleaners often have back-to-back appointments, which means there isn’t always enough time to thoroughly clean and sanitize equipment like wet cloths or mops between sessions. Using the same tools across different homes could spread dirt or bacteria, and that’s not something we’re comfortable compromising on. We believe using your own equipment ensures a cleaner, safer space for everyone.

No, the full cost is given to you upfront (per hour rates + gst). We do not change any additional surcharge, admin or processing fees.

We do our best to ensure our cleaners arrive punctually. However, as they rely on public transport and travel between multiple homes, occasional delays may occur due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances—especially if it’s their first visit to your place. Rest assured, our team is committed to keeping you informed and minimizing any disruptions. We appreciate your kind understanding and patience.

For one time general clean, you are allowed to reschedule one time without any penalty if it is at least 48 hours or more before your scheduled timing. This will give us sufficient time to reschedule the cleaner’s job as a cancelled session would leave them without work for that period.
